The Governor signs Senate Bill 46 ( Firefighter safety grant program ) on Thursday May 15th. At the Elk Creek Fire Protection District Station One. The CPFF lobbyist team was instrumental in the passing of this Bill. This legislation will provide 3.2 million dollars in grants to be awarded to Fire Departments across Colorado. The CPFF will have equal representation as grant reviewers.
