Members,
The Colorado Professional Fire Fighters have been invited again to participate in the Opening Day pregame flag ceremony at Coors Field, and we are looking for members who would like to participate.
Opening Day will take place on Friday, April 3rd, 2026, as the Colorado Rockies take on the Phillies. Game time is 2:10 PM, and volunteers will need to report to the designated Volunteer Meeting Point at the northwest corner of Coors Field (under the Rockpile) at 12:00 PM.
We are seeking approximately 40–50 members to hold the American flag during the pre-game ceremonies. This is a high-visibility opportunity to proudly represent Colorado firefighters in front of thousands of fans.
Each volunteer will receive one complimentary game ticket, which will be distributed on Opening Day.
Important details:
• All volunteers must arrive dressed in Class A, Class B, or Dress Uniform and be ready to participate in pre-game ceremonies.
• Due to security policies, bags must not exceed 16x16x8 inches. No hard-sided containers will be permitted.
• All volunteers are subject to search upon arrival.
• There is no storage available during the game; any personal items you do not wish to bring inside the game, must be returned to your vehicle after changing.
• Please plan for heavy traffic and parking delays.
