Dear Colorado Professional Firefighter Brothers and Sisters,
On September 20, 2025, we will gather once again in Colorado Springs to honor 311 fallen firefighters being added to the Wall of Honor at the IAFF Fallen Fire Fighter Memorial.
This solemn and powerful week-long event brings together over 10,000 attendees—including 800 Honor Guard members, 200 Bagpipers, and most importantly, the families of the fallen.
We need your help to support them.
Each year, IAFF members from across Colorado volunteer more than 3,000 hours. We have over 700 four-hour shifts to fill, and every hour makes a difference.

Key Volunteer Roles & Dates:
• Drivers (Wed–Sun, 0700–2200):
Shuttle families between the airport, hotel, and events.
• Airport Greeters (Wed–Fri, 1000–2200):
Welcome families at the Colorado Springs Airport.
• Hotel Hosts (Wed–Sun, 0900–2200):
Assist families at The Antlers Hotel and share event info.
• Procession Support (Sat, 0700–1300):
Help guide fire apparatus and motorcycles during the procession.
• Vehicle Prep & Setup (Mon–Tues, 1000–1600):
Assist with equipment and logistics before arrivals.
• Breakdown & Farewell (Sun, 0800–1500):
Help with clean-up and support families as they depart.
